1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the PSI Algebra BV ("PSI Algebra", "we", "us", "our") website and the consulting, development, audit, compliance-monitoring, and post-quantum services described on it (the "Services").

PSI Algebra BV operates from Diegem in the Brussels metropolitan area, Belgium. A separate signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement applies to paid client work and prevails if it conflicts with these website Terms.

2. Free readiness assessment

The free readiness assessment is a no-commitment introductory service comprising a 30-minute session and a concise written report identifying five priority actions. It is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice, certification, a complete security audit, or a guarantee of compliance.

Booking an assessment does not require you to purchase a paid service and does not create an ongoing client relationship.

3. Enquiries, retainers, projects & fees

Buttons labelled "Purchase plan", "Enquire", or similar open an email request; they do not complete an online purchase or automatically create a contract. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and cancellation rights are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

A price stated as "from" is a starting price. A stated monthly retainer price applies to the described tier subject to the final written agreement. A cancel-anytime statement applies only where it is shown for that plan or confirmed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

PSI Algebra retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, tools, methods, templates, know-how, website content, branding, name, and logo. Rights in bespoke reports, software, and other paid deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in the applicable signed agreement.

Website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

5. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information shared during assessments, audits, and paid engagements as confidential and use it only for the relevant purpose, subject to legal obligations and the applicable agreement. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be arranged before sensitive information is exchanged.

6. Website availability and acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes rights or applicable law. We may change, suspend, or withdraw website functionality when reasonably necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

The website and free assessment are provided without a guarantee that they identify every risk or apply to every circumstance. Liability for paid Services is governed primarily by the signed client agreement.

To the maximum extent Belgian law permits, PSI Algebra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules that apply.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, website, or legal obligations change. The revision date above identifies the current version. Material contractual changes affecting an active engagement will be handled under the applicable client agreement.
